SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO TO LAUNCH TALK SHOW CREATED AND HOSTED BY PUBLISHING POWERHOUSE JUDITH REGAN

NEW YORK - June 24, 2005 - SIRIUS Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI), the leading content provider in radio, today announced that publishing powerhouse Judith Regan will create and host The Judith Regan Show, a weekly two hour talk show that will air exclusively on SIRIUS Talk Central.

Regan's show will be a no-holds-barred forum for frank conversations and provocative discussions with a variety of personalities, authors, opinion makers, celebrities and others.  As dynamic as Regan herself, the show will highlight a wide range of topics from the world of current events, pop culture, politics, the media, entertainment, health, relationships and more.

 "Judith is a publishing icon. Intelligent, honest and enthusiastic, she has broken new ground in book publishing many times over.  Movies have trailers, television has commercials and now books have Judith Regan on SIRIUS," said Scott Greenstein, President of Entertainment and Sports, SIRIUS Satellite Radio.

The Judith Regan Show will be broadcast from SIRIUS' studios located in New York and Los Angeles. The show will air exclusively on SIRIUS beginning in October.
